ROTATIONALLY
MOULDED manufactured
economically with a limitless range of
parts, sizes and products.

Description:
Rotational moulding is a low
pressure, high temperature
manufacturing method for producing
hollow one-piece plastic parts. It
is a very competitive alternative to
blow moulding, thermoforming and
injection moulding.
Rotational moulding is relatively
simple and inexpensive due to it
being a low-pressure process and
thus prototypes, short runs and
volume production are all
achievable. It is also possible to
alter the wall thickness without
changing the mould. This offers our
designers the chance to produce
stress-free cases and containers
with uniform wall thickness and
complex shapes from small to large
cubic volumes.
A number of materials can be used in
this process including
polypropylene, polyethylene (also
available in flame retardant) and
Nylon. These materials offer
excellent resistance to chemical
attack, including dilute acids,
alkalis, greases and oils and harsh
environments ranging in temperature
from –20°c to 80°c.
Features:
Flexibility
in design from simple to
complex, small to large.
Excellent
resistance to corrosion and
stress cracks these products also
have
excellent load-bearing
properties.
One-piece
construction.
Complex parts with undercuts and
intricate contours can be
manufactured
relatively easily.
Wide range of
colours and finishes.
